The gathering scheduled to commence at 6.30pm is expected to be attended by guest of honour Telang Usan Assemblyman Dennis Ngau.

“We are expecting about 300 guests that night and we have planned various programmes to make the gathering livelier,” said Kijan.

She added that the programmes for the night included cowboy dance, sunshine dance, ‘ River of Babylon’ performance as well as traditional dances such as ‘arang kadang’, ‘ngajat’ and ‘leko biat’.

“There will also be poco-poco dance which guests can join in, karaoke sessions and lucky draws offering attractive prizes,” she said.

Tickets for the dinner at RM50 each or RM500 per table are still on sale and to purchase them, contact Kijan at 019- 8145776.
