HSL opens sales of residential, light industrial units simultaneously
KUCHING: Units in Vista Industrial Park ( VIP) and Samariang Aman 2 are the latest offerings from homegrown developer Hock Seng L e e Construction Sdn Bhd.
The company, which is a whollyowned subsidiary and property development arm of Hock Seng Lee Bhd, has just launched its latest Bayu Jingga II units in Samariang Aman 2, and a new block of semi- detached light industrial units in Muara Tabuan last weekend.
Samariang Aman 2 is sited on a mixed zone land with a 99-year lease title. It boasts convenient access via the new road linking Bako/ Demak and the future riverine loop road linking Matang, Samariang and Petra Jaya.
The housing estate sits on a flood-free area and has access to a full range of amenities including supermarkets and schools.
Samariang Aman 2 is adjacent to Samariang Aman — the group’s top- selling 642- unit residential estate which previously won the prestigious ‘ Sheda Excellence Awa r d f o r O ut s t a nd i n g Development – Residential Landed Development in Sarawak’.
Each of these four-room, doublestorey terraced houses has a walled-up area of between 1,522 and 1,548 square feet, with land sizes ranging from 4.2 to 10.4 points.
Househunters are advised to check in early with Hock Seng Lee’s sales team to get the first choice on Bayu Jingga II house, with the release of the new phase (20 units). Expected completion of these houses is by this year- end.
“The group is offering free legal fees on S& P ( sale and purchase) agreements and MOT ( memorandum of transfer) on Bayu Jingga II homes, so buyers can save more. We can also provide advice on state and federal housing loans. In addition, some gift vouchers will be given out to buyers of Bayu Jingga II,” it said in a promotional release.
Meanwhile, the group’s two-inone launch would also include sales of semi- detached light industrial units in the aptly-named VIP.
There are different types of units with f loor areas ranging from 3,052 to 3,569 square feet.

“This is not surprising, given the excellent accessibility ( of VIP) from a major highway, streamlined connectivity and the establishment of the area as a significant industrial precinct and business hub,” Hock Seng Lee said, adding that its personnel would be on hand at its office in Pending to provide information and assistance to interested buyers.
