Bosco Wong ‘pursued’ by co-star and newbie

HONG KONG: Bosco Wong, who was earlier said to be dating Japanese model Jun, is now rumoured to be pursued by TVB starlets Moon Lau and Cherry Yeung Miss Hong Kong 2013 second runner- up, Moon was claimed by Hong Kong media to have dated Linda Chung’s ex- boyfriend Philip Ng while filming the martial arts drama A Fist within Four Walls last year. They broke up after about six months of dating and, she turned her attention to Bosco Wong.

At a press conference to promote TVB’s upcoming Miss Hong Kong Pageant, Moon dismissed the rumours. “The world is so scary. All of that is fake. We never dated, so how could we break up? Since the beginning, we’ve only been friends.” Moon, who is collaborat­ing with Bosco in a new drama, denied chasing after him. “I called him Big Brother. He is always treating everyone to food, and he is a good brother. I always laugh off at rumours, but now I don’t find them funny anymore.”

On the other hand, 17-year- old newcomer Cherry Yeung was also said to be courting Bosco. Besides giving a hug and kiss to Bosco, Cherry even uploaded her photo with Bosco on her Weibo.

Bosco has since denied hooking up with Cherry. He said, “The photo was taken at a celebrator­y event, and it is now being written as news!”

Meanwhile, Moon also defended Cherry, “She is only 17. Please do not hurt her. She is very gentle and introverte­d, and very new to this industry. She has not been involved in such rumours before, and needs time to adapt. They just took a picture together. That’s it!
