The bureau, unveiled at the party’s premises here yesterday, was initiated by SUPP Youth Bawang Assan chief Marcus Yek Hock Yin.

“We will endeavour to make our place and our town a better place to live in. Issues like town beautification, drainage, potholes, flooding, open burning, illegal extensions (of properties), illegal parking and crimes are some of the examples (of issues to be addressed).

“Members of the public are most welcome to forward problems or complaints to the bureau,” he told reporters here.

However, Yek encouraged the public to deal with the relevant government agencies first before referring any matter to the PCBS.
