SK Gold Land to launch SK One Garden City

-

SIBU: SK Gold Land will launch its latest project SK One Garden City at Parkcity Everly Hotel, Bintulu today (Saturday).

Bintulu MP Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing is expected to launch the project at 10am followed by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between SK Gold Land and CCK Fresh Mart at 10.30am.

There will also be a roadshow on the project at the same venue from 9am until 5pm.

SK One Garden City at Sultan Iskandar Road will incorporate Sarawak’s first indoor Lush Vertical Living Walls or vertical gardens, which will pioneer the use of a completely automated irrigation system.

The vertical gardens will help to filter dust and airborne particles as well as prevent direct exposure of sunlight therefore reducing the transfer of heat onto the building.

With its green ambiance, SK One Garden City seeks to introduce a different kind of experience to both consumers and business operators.

The commercial development will consist of two rows of dual frontage shop units to form a street mall with fresh air and greenery all around.

Below the commercial lots will be 93,818.24 square feet for an anchor supermarket, which CCK Fresh Mart has shown interest in taking up.

There will also be serviced apartments above the commercial units, which will be launched at a later date.

To complement the development will be 1,118 parking spaces including basement parking.

SK Gold Land has also invested in egress and ingress traffic design and the internal roads throughout the development will ensure smooth traffic flow.

Bintulu town continues to experience rapid development and will soon be one of the top investment destinations in Malaysia with soaring property values and various vast developments thanks to the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy ( SCORE) in particular Samalaju Industrial Park, which is just an hour’s drive from here.
