Allianz General pays out on fire damage
TAWAU: Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Bhd paid out an interim payment of RM500,000 to Heng Say Enterprise Sdn Bhd as the company which manufactures egg trays suffered extensive fire damage when a fire broke out at their factory on June 28 this year.
The fire had originated from the rear of the warehouse.
During the handover, Michael Au, East Malaysia regional manager of Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) said Allianz prides itself on being a trusted partner to its customers.
“Heng Say Enterprise has been with us for seven years and we wanted to repay their trust with a quick payout,” he added. “Customers are the reason we exist and it is important that we nurture and grow that relationship by providing exceptional customer experience simply by consistently doing ordinary things, in an extraordinary way.”
