Regal Lands and XY Hotel sign MoU

KUCHING: Regal Lands Sdn Bhd, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Regal International Group Ltd, recently signed a memorandum of understanding ( MoU) with XY Hotel Holdings Pte Ltd.
Regal Lands CEO and executive chairman Su Chung Jye and XY Hotel founder and board chairman Wang Peng signed the MoU to mark the commencement of the strategic business alliance.
The collaboration seeks to innovate hospitality products and services that target young travellers of generation X and Y in Sarawak, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
It leverages on the group’s development projects in Sarawak, mainly in property including commercial and industrial units, landed property as well as condominiums and apartments.

Wang said he is extremely excited to join forces with Regal to make XY Hotel in Sarawak a reality.

Both parties will work to develop new hospitality offerings to cater to the changing needs of 21st century travellers.
