Anchor introduces exclusive desserts in ‘Anchor Say Cheese’ campaign
MIRI: Anchor Food Professionals, the food services division of Fonterra Brands Malaysia launched the second phase of its ‘Anchor Say Cheese’ campaign recently.
Business development executive Teo Eng Lai said ‘Anchor Say Cheese’ was an exclusive assortment of Anchor- branded desserts.
“This is the first of its kind in the market here. Together with its selected bakery partners, Anchor Food Professionals continues to delight customers with limited- edition desserts created by Fonterra’s own inhouse patisserie chefs using real top quality butter, cream cheese, milk and cream from its highly popular Anchor range,” he said when met at Hot Cross Buns CafeBakery ( EM) Sdn Bhd here.
Also present were Anchor Food Professionals director Linda Tan who travelled from Kuala Lumpur especially for the launching ceremony, and Hot Cross Buns Cafe-Bakery operation executive Then Yuh Bing.
Tan said the reason behind the campaign was to delight customers with Anchor’s finest range of products.
“Anchor, a leading brand by Fonterra, is made from the freshest dairy produce from New Zealand. And in Malaysia, it is available via food service and retail channels,” she added. Each bakery partner will whip up delicious Anchorbranded desserts using original recipes and training provided by Fonterra’s patisserie chefs, with a slight tweak to suit the unique preferences of its customers.
Then said they were very excited to be partnering with Anchor Food Professionals for the first time as Anchor was known for its commitment to quality and excellence.
He was sure that through this collaboration, the new range of desserts provided would meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
