The Republic by Elica wins prestigious SHEDA Award
KUCHING: Elica Sdn Bhd (Elica) has emerged as a winner for the Sarawak Home and Real Estate Developer Association (SHEDA) Excellence Awards 2016 in the Best Strata Development (High Rise) category for its The Republic project.
“This award means a lot to Elica, being the first development of its kind in Sarawak, it has generated a lot of interest.
“The win brings great recognition to the product we have created, we are making a landmark for the residents of The Republic and Kuching,” said Elica’s managing director, Bobby Ting.
SHEDA Excellence Awards is a platform for outstanding developers in Sarawak to be publicly acknowledged for their achievements and contribution to the housing and real estate industry.

All the final Winners was announced and presented with coveted SHEDA Excellence Awards 2016 t trophies and certificates at the highly anticipated gala dinner, held in the state’s capital at BCCK Kuching on November 19, 2016.
The Republic is Elica’s maiden project for high rise condominiums in Sarawak.
