Acer Malaysia offers SuperCare warranty packages

KUALA LUMPUR: Acer Malaysia has introduced the new and more comprehensive Acer SuperCare warranty packages for more f lexibility in today’s sophisticated environment where customers are looking for better peace of mind.

Under the Acer SuperCare packages, which have increased from the current three options to five, customers may look forward to hassle-free repair and services as well as nationwide on- site support by Highpoint Service Network.

Particularly useful for those who travel overseas for work with Acer laptops is the extended worldwide coverage with international traveler’s warranty ( ITW).

Acer Malaysia is also taking the lead in the market to include Accidental Damage and Theft coverage in the three-year Acer SuperCare 1, 2 and 3 warranty packages for added peace of mind.

For customers who just want to have Accidental and Damage Theft coverage added to the warranty that comes with the new device, it is also possible now with the new options.

Likewise, the same flexibility applies to the Acer SuperCare Professional package.

Acer SuperCare warranty is valid only for Acer products distributed by Acer Malaysia and its authorized resellers in Malaysia, with the exception of ITW for laptops which is valid at ITW Service Centers worldwide.
