MELAKA: Melaka United are counting on the combination of three forwards, namely Ilija Spasojevic, Mohd Amri Yahyah and Sergio Aguero to be their new deadly attacking arsenal in the Super League campaign next season.

Melaka United head coach, Eric Williams said he already had the plan drawn up for the trio, which would revolve mainly around the strikers and number 10 positional role, and would be implementing it after the three trained together.

“What I’m looking foward to is building a perfect combination of the three and I really hope they can rotate in different positions. I’m looking to have strikers with the number 10 as the second striker.

“But at the moment I only have the plan, for they haven’t played together yet. We will see how it goes,” he told reporters, here, on Saturday night after a friendly match where Melaka United beat Felcra FC, 2- 0.
