Ahmad Lai said for any cooperative to be successful, it must effectively address and manage four main challenges spelled out under the ‘ Blueprint for A Cooperative Decade’.

The parliamentarian said there must be concerted efforts towards developing an innovative culture that made full use of the digital revolution and would contribute back to the community.

Earlier, CCM Sarawak director Siti Maimunah Jerni said the training promotion programme, which emphasised on budget hotels, was part of the efforts by the institution to encourage more people to be involved in the cooperative movement.
