SK One Garden City to feature state’s first vertical garden
BINTULU: SK One Garden City at Jalan Sultan Iskandar here will have the state’s first vertical garden.
The prime project by SK Gold Land Sdn Bhd will have 100 commercial lots and 296 serviced apartments, with an air-conditioned mall of over 93,000 square feet featuring CCK Fresh Mart supermarket, and almost 1,200 parking spaces.
The serviced apartments will have a private rooftop Residents’ Club and recreational area with facilities including a club house, swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s pool, games room, barbecue park, and landscaped garden.
“These are the efforts we’ve taken to realise our commitment of making this place a dynamic lifestyle capital, to let everyone living here experience life’s finest moments all in one place,” SK Gold Land managing director John Tiong said at the project’s earth breaking ceremony yesterday.
He said SK Gold Land cared deeply about quality of life because the development is not just about building concrete blocks.
“Hence, SK One Garden City will introduce the first vertical garden in Sarawak to bring fresh air to the bustling town. The developer envisions letting the coming generation enjoy nature in the concrete world.
“Life for us is not just about enjoying those seen and quantifiable materials but to receive and enjoy what nature has freely given us. To let you have a better lifestyle, we bring nature closer to you,” John said.
The sale of commercial lots has been encouraging and the residential units will be released for sale soon. For enquiries, contact Stephen Wong on 0198876786.
Meanwhile, Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) general manager Rodziah Morshidi said apartment living is ideal for younger buyers.
“Youngsters now want small living spaces because their attention is on the screen,” she said after officiating at the event.
These are the efforts we’ve taken to realise our commitment of making this place a dynamic lifestyle capital, to let everyone living here experience life’s finest moments all in one place.
