Ramah Pavilion affordable housing project over 86 per cent sold
GEORGE TOWN: A total of 650 units, or 86.7 per cent, of affordable housing units at Ramah Pavilion, Teluk Kumbar here have been sold, with only 100 units of Type B and Type C left to be taken up, said Penang-based property developer M Summit Group.
Its managing director Datuk Albert Moh said the project would also be ready ahead of its expected full completion date in May 2018.
“The Ramah Pavilion project is set to be fully completed in February 2018, three months ahead of schedule, and we are targeting to host another grand celebration for the houseowners then,” he said in his speech at the Topping-Off Ceremony of Ramah Pavilion officiated by Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng yesterday.
Moh said the group was constantly challenging itself to be creative and innovative in developing residential or commercial projects for discerning customers to meet the needs of their modern lifestyle at reasonable prices.
“Also in line with our commitment to remain efficient, we are targeting to complete Ramah Pavilion in time for the Chinese New Year next year,” he said.
He said Ramah Pavilion was set to be the first residential project in Teluk Kumbar that is purpose-built within the virgin forests, encouraging fresh air and natural breeze circulating within the property vicinity. — Bernama
