Vessel with 600 kilos of cocaine intercepted
AGUADILLA, Puerto Rico: US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations (AMO) seized 1,320 pounds of cocaine on Wednesday after intercepting a vessel near the southern coast of Puerto Rico and arresting two men onboard.
The estimated value of the cocaine is US$ 17 million.
The CBP Marine Agents arrested the two subjects on board, one claiming Dominican Republic nationality and the other Venezuelan, and recovered 20 bales of contraband. — Bernama
