Wax figure of William Chan unveiled
SHANGHAI: A wax figure of actor William Chan has been unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Shanghai.
It had been designed to resemble his role character in The Mystic Nine drama.
Several days ago, William had staged his final world tour concert in Chongqing.
He had performed the hit songs of singers like Aaron Kwok and the late Leslie Cheung.
William is still going places in his movie productions.
Last August saw the premiere of the romantic comedy I Love That Little Crazy Thing, with Kpop celebrity Jessica Jung as his co-star.
In the movie, William had assumed the role of Jiang Yang, a young man who dreams of becoming a movie director. In efforts to pursue his passion, however, Yang encounters several challenges. These lead him to crazy yet memorable adventures alongside Jung’s character.
Back then, William had raved: “I did a lot of crazy things in the film. In real life, I would probably do the same.”
