KUCHING: D.Lube Marketing Company is now Sarawak’s sole dealer of ENEOS motor oils and other automotive products.

Originating from Japan, ENEOS is the product name for all products sold by JXTG Nippon Oil and Energy Corporation, a petroleum company.

The company was recently appointed by Mayshowa Sdn Bhd in a bid to promote the ENEOS brand in the state.

Mayshowa, on the other hand, is the ENEOS brand distributing company in the country.

A ceremony- cum- dinner event was held at Kingwood Hotel here on Saturday to announce D. Lube’s appointment as ENEOS sole dealer for Sarawak.

Speaking to reporters, D. Lube representative David Ong commented that the company is honoured to be the product’s sole dealer for the Sarawak market at the moment.

“ENEOS is already a popular brand in Peninsular Malaysia. We hope to make the brand popular here in Sarawak as well,” he added.

According to Mayshowa general manager Toshihiko Tanaka, who was also present at the dinner, the motor oil brand is a top- selling automotive oilbased product in Japan.

Thus, he also hopes that the brand would gain popularity in the state because it is a quality product.

“I hope all the sellers and subdistributors of all ENEOS brand products would promote the product well. ENEOS is a reputable brand not only in Japan, but worldwide too,” he said.

The dinner was attended by officials from D.Lube and Mayshowa, as well as D.Lube’s key clients.

The event also held lucky draws and other activities.
