Operation uses Interpol’s expertise

SANDAKAN: The expertise of the International Criminal Police Organisation ( Interpol) will be used in a joint operation involving Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and the Philippines, which aims to curb the entry of foreign terrorist fighters (FTF).

Bukit Aman Internal Security and Public Order Department director Datuk Seri Zulkifli Abdullah told a media conference here yesterday Operation Maharlika Interpol would be conducted for two weeks from today by the security forces of the four countries. — Bernama
