Good turnout for Khatam Al-Quran and solat hajat at Masjid Darul Hana
KUCHING: Mutiara Suria Tuition Centre (MSTC) held a ‘Khatam AlQuran’ and ‘solat hajat’ at Masjid Darul Hana here recently.
The event attended by hundreds of participating students along with their parents and members of the public was held in conjunction with MSTC’s ‘One Month Khatam’ school holiday programme prior to the start of a new school session. It was also to celebrate the participants’ completion of AlQuran recitation over the school holidays.
The ceremony was collaborated by various parties including Masjid Darul Hana who assisted in providing a conducive venue, best facilities and helpful team of staff, as well as parents who contributed delicacies for the participants.The participants were awarded certificates to recognise their efforts. Held throughout the school holidays at MSTC and Masjid Darul Abidin, ‘One Month Khatam’ also integrated other beneficial and interesting activities for the students.
MSTC also conducts a number of programmes like self-motivation courses, camping activities, workshops, self-building exercises and other fun activities throughout the year.
