Bong Soon Ming wins Mitraf 17 grand prize

MIRI: Bong Soon Ming emerged as the grand prize winner of the recently concluded Miri Trade Fair 17 ( Mitraf 17) lucky draw held at Permaisuri Imperial City Mall on Sunday.

He took home a Kingfisher cooker hood sponsored by United Fusion Sdn Bhd.

Chai Pei Li was one of the lucky shoppers during the trade fair who won the first prize of a Sony home audio system.

The second prize of a Black & Decker pressure washer was won by Lai Mei Chien while Lau Ming Siang received the third prize of a Karcher wet and dry vacuum cleaner. Lee Foong Siang won the fourth prize of a Midea electric oven.

Meanwhile, the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth prize winners were: Christina Lee Hui Jun, Khor Lee Hoong, Au Yuck Hah and Annie Dayani Ahad, who received a Black & Decker Strimmer, a convection oven, a Karcher hose reel and a king size bed sheet respectively.

Chan Yuk Kim, Khor Lee Hoong and Lau Ming Siang also took home a queen- size bed sheet, a luggage bag and a travel bag respectively.

Eight shoppers won miscellaneous items like Tupperware containers, luggage bags, hampers, bed sheets and household items. They were Lu Mee Yian, Annie Dayani Ahad, Dayang Durul Asrina, Seo Ah Leng, Bu Eng Soon, Ngau Uloi, Wong Kee Pow and Voon Lee Fan.

In a twist of luck, another lucky shopper, Yii Ming King won two prizes which was a set of Tupperware containers and a bed sheet.

Apart from these prizes, each winner (regardless what prize he or she gets), will also be entitled to a special prize which is a three-day, two-night tour (worth RM3000) to Forest City, a large-scale property development in southern Johor sponsored by Country Garden Holdings.

As part of Mitraf 17 list of events, shoppers who spent a minimum of RM300 on booking fees on properties or motor vehicles; or RM100 at the participating booths, were entitled to participate in the lucky draw.
