KUCHING: Ibraco Berhad raised a total of RM31,247 for Hope Place Kuching and Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society (SCCS) with its Christmas community project held from Dec 10 to 23 last year.

The funds were recently handed over to both organisations by Ibraco representatives.

Ibraco’s Christmas Wonderland at Tabuan Tranquility was the first such outdoor event in Kuching where visitors wandered through a miniature Christmas Wonderland, fully festooned with various Christmas-themed decorations, before emerging in the bedecked Christmas stalls area.

Various programmes such as Christmas music performances from different churches and associations, magic shows, games, and special appearances from Rose Iwanaga, Sarawak’s very first English-language recording artist, also formed part of the programme for the Christmas Wonderland.
