S1FU to hold kids obstacle challenge March 17
MIRI: In an effort to instil healthy lifestyle among children, Saiful One Fitness United ( S1FU) will organise a health fitness event dubbed ‘ S1FU Kids Obstacle Challenge 3.0’ on 17 March.
Organising spokesperson Faryz Yusop said the programme is specially designed for children aged four to 12 years.
Themed ‘ Superhero’, the programme will take place at the Fire and Rescue ( Bomba) Lopeng Station from 7am until 11am.
Faryz said the last two programmes organised by S1FU had received positive response and support from parents as well as the children.
“This programme actually is in conjunction with the upcoming school holiday. We want our children to fill their school holiday with meaningful activities and to instil in them the benefits of healthy lifestyle.”

On registration fee, he said it is charged at RM30 per person which comprise of finisher medals, breakfast and goodies.
The event is divided into three categories; category A (4 to 6 years old), category B (7 to 9 years old) and category C (10 to 12 years old).
“We encourage the children who come for the programme to follow the attire theme as there will be special prizes for ‘Best Costume’ which offers attractive prizes to the top three winners for each of the three categories.”
The closing date for registration is on March 15.
