Hap Seng Star receives recognition at Mercedes-Benz awards show
KUCHING: Hap Seng Star, one of the authorised dealers for Mercedes- Benz vehicles in Malaysia, grabbed several awards at Mercedes- Benz’s awards presentation dinner in Penang early this month.
Of the awards, Hap Seng Star Kuching placed third for ‘ Customer Satisfaction Index’ ( CSI), second for the ‘Customer Loyalty Index’ (CLI) and second for ‘ Service Excellence Award South East Asia (Aftersales Department Kuching)’.
The CSI 2017 winner was Hap Seng Star Balakong, with Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi placing second.
As for CLI 2017, the winner was Hap Seng Star Kota Kinabalu, while at third place was Cycle and Carriage.
Hap Seng Star Balakong was also named ‘ Dealer of the Year 2017’ out of 33 Mercedes- Benz authorised dealers, while Hap Seng Star Kinrara was awarded ‘Best Business Excellence 2017’.
