WPC Cascadia to hold warehouse clearance sale May 26-27

-

KUCHING: WPC Cascadia Sdn Bhd is holding its ‘Fourth Anniversary Warehouse Sale’ this weekend from 9am until 5.30pm.

If you visit between 10am to 1.30pm on Saturday, you will get to enjoy some food courtesy of the company, said WPC Cascadia president Peter Ting.

“We are selling off our furniture in stock, both indoor and outdoor, for very reasonable prices.

“Everything must go,” he told The Borneo Post yesterday.

The company’s key product is called Mega Wood, which is a building material composed of wood powder and high density PVC, creating a wood plastic composite ( WPC) with a wide range of applications.

“The advantage of this is that it is weather resistant, insect and termite resistant, environmental friendly, waterproof, B1 fire retardant, recyclable, doesn’t decay, doesn’t fade and easy to install, thus saving time and money.”

Mega Wood has been used to build structures such as gazebos, pergolas, resort chalets and outdoor decking.

It can also be used as ceiling and wall panels.

If you enjoy gardening, the company’s planter boxes are perfectly happy outside in the elements, unperturbed by damp soil, insects or weather.

“We also build dog houses,” said Ting, adding that the WPC surfaces are very easy to clean and the material is also non-toxic and lead-free.

WPC products come with a 10- year guarantee.

Ting added that the composite can be recycled.

“We can grind it up and turn it into something else.”

The company also specialises in 3-in-1 solar-powered LED lights.

As it draws energy from the sun, there are no messy wires to think about.

“These are good for the outdoors such as lights at your gate or around your compound.

“When the solar panels detect sunlight, the lights shut off. When it is dark, it lights up automatically.”

WPC Cascadia Sdn Bhd is located behind Kuching Yung’s ( Foochow) Club at Mile 7, Jalan Batu Kitang.
