Lib­erty Grove show units open for view­ing

KUCH­ING: Three new show units of Lib­erty Grove at Kota Sen­tosa near here, de­vel­oped by Elica Sdn Bhd, are open for view­ing to­day and to­mor­row.

Elica, in a pub­lic­ity re­lease yes­ter­day, said the units have been fit­ted to show­case the ver­sa­til­ity of its lay­out and give home buy­ers and prop­erty in­vestors some ideas on how to utilise the space and en­vi­sion how they would like to fit out their fu­ture homes.

Its man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Bobby Ting re­vealed that the three show units have been styled to be con­tem­po­rary and glam­orous with a ‘loft feel’.

“We en­cour­age the public to visit the show units and ex­pe­ri­ence the sur­round­ing en­vi­ron­ment and fa­cil­i­ties as most of them have been com­pleted. Buy­ers will get a feel of what it will be when mov­ing into Lib­erty Grove,” he said.

“The first and sec­ond blocks are 100 per cent sold and are ex­pected to be handed over to own­ers by mid-2018. Elica is cur­rently hav­ing spe­cial of­fer for the last re­main­ing units in Phase One.”

The hous­ing units un­der Phase Two of the project are now open for sale.

The spe­cial pack­age of­fered at a spe­cial price comes with a free kitchen hood, gas stoves and a wash­ing ma­chine with dryer ( terms and con­di­tions ap­ply).

For those look­ing for a ready-to­move-in unit, Ting said this is the right time and a great chance to own one.
