KUCHING: Three new show units of Liberty Grove at Kota Sentosa near here, developed by Elica Sdn Bhd, are open for viewing today and tomorrow.

Elica, in a publicity release yesterday, said the units have been fitted to showcase the versatility of its layout and give home buyers and property investors some ideas on how to utilise the space and envision how they would like to fit out their future homes.

Its managing director Bobby Ting revealed that the three show units have been styled to be contemporary and glamorous with a ‘loft feel’.

“We encourage the public to visit the show units and experience the surrounding environment and facilities as most of them have been completed. Buyers will get a feel of what it will be when moving into Liberty Grove,” he said.

“The first and second blocks are 100 per cent sold and are expected to be handed over to owners by mid-2018. Elica is currently having special offer for the last remaining units in Phase One.”

The housing units under Phase Two of the project are now open for sale.

The special package offered at a special price comes with a free kitchen hood, gas stoves and a washing machine with dryer ( terms and conditions apply).

For those looking for a ready-tomove-in unit, Ting said this is the right time and a great chance to own one.

Liberty Grove, strategically located at Jalan Sungai Tapang here, is close to Kuching International Airpot, Kota Sentosa and just 20 minutes from the bustling heart of Kuching city accessible through major arterial roads. It is located in a prime up-andcoming area which is attractive for its affordability and close proximity to schools, markets and malls.

Conceived as a private gated community of over 27 acres, the development consists of a low-density mix of three- and four-bedroom apartments contained within nine medium-rise towers.

Each of the towers reflects a timeless and contemporary, architectural vocabulary which will ensure that Liberty Grove proves to be a wise longterm investment.

Set within landscaped gardens, Liberty Grove offers outstanding value for money and is the perfect choice for first-time home buyers and investors. Aside from being Unifi-ready, each unit comes with kitchen cabinets, air conditioner, shower screen, LED lighting, 11.5-ft-high ceilings and two sheltered car parks.

Communal facilities at Liberty Grove include an exclusive, gated community with 24-hour security, card access system and CCTV throughout the property.

There are also two swimming pools and two children’s wading pools, along with outdoor gym and reflexology park, children’s playground, basketball and futsal courts, barbeque pits and dry and wet parks.

Other facilities include dedicated covered parking spaces and the clubhouse which is available at economic rates.

Additionally, Liberty Grove offers residents the exclusive use of the freestanding clubhouse facility comprising a gymnasium, sauna and multipurpose function or meeting rooms.

On the retail side, there will be two shoplots providing retail services to cater to the tenants’ daily needs. These include a 24-hour laundromat, convenience store, day care centre, coffee shop and others.

Phase one of Liberty Grove, which consists of five towers, is expected to be completed by end of 2019 with Tower 1 and 2 to be completed by mid-2018.

Prices for Liberty Grove’s units range from RM463,000 to RM638,000. Legal fees and stamp duty for sales and purchase agreement ( SPA) and loan agreement will be borne by the developer.

Those who purchase Liberty 7 and 8 are eligible to enter the ‘ Live The Dream’ lucky draw which offers total prize value up to RM328,888. The grand prize is a Mercedes-Benz C200 while the second prize is a Rolex timepiece. Third is a cash prize of RM8,888 while there are also 10 consolation cash prizes of RM2,000 each.
