Actor Cho Jung-seok, singer Gummy to tie the knot
SEOUL: Actor Cho Jung- seok and singer Gummy plan to marry sometime this year, the latter’s management agency said Friday.
“The marriage is planned for the latter half of this year. But the date has not been set,” C- JeS Entertainment said.
The wedding ceremony will be a closed event with only the couple’s close families in attendance, the agency also said, adding, “We ask for your warm support and blessings for the couple.”
The 38-year- old Cho and the 37-year- old Gummy whose real name is Park Ji-yeon officially acknowledged their relationship in 2015 and have since been dating openly. Their mutual keen interest in music had reportedly bonded them together closely.
Cho wrote the lyrics for Gummy’s songs for her fifth fulllength album, “Stoke”, released in May last year.
