Boulevard Mall Bintulu to open in June 2019

MIRI: The construction of Boulevard Shopping Mall Bintulu (Boulevard Mall) is progressing on schedule for opening next year.

Boulevard Mall is part of an integrated commercial development comprising an 18storey 508-room four- star deluxe Imperial Hotel, 201 units Imperial Apartment Suites, Imperial Grand Ballroom and Convention Centre, Boulevard Ballroom, as well as meeting and seminar rooms.

With 250,000 square feet of retail, leisure and entertainment space, the mall will have top-notch retail, food and beverages outlets as well as Boulevard Hypermarket and Departmental Store as the anchor tenant and TGV Cinemas.

According to Boulevard Group’s press statement, TGV Cinemas will open simultaneously with Boulevard Mall in June 2019.

The mall will also have the first and only bowling centre in Bintulu as well as leisure and entertainment outlets such as KBox, Archery Centre and ‘Children Playland.

The largest and most comprehensive four- star deluxe Imperial Hotel in Bintulu will have facilities that include a garden swimming pool and Balinese spa.

The mixed development also include 201 units of serviced apartments and residences with a rooftop swimming pool.

Imperial Grand Ballroom and Convention Centre will have a 3000 seating capacity or 120 banquet tables, while Boulevard Ballroom will have 1000 seating capacity or 50 banquet tables.
