Company holds Hino lorry roadshow till July 28

SIBU: Lu & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd is holding Hino lorry roadshow at the Sibu Town Square Phase 2 until July 28.

Its managing director, Lu Kui Tiong, said the roadshow runs from 5pm until 10pm daily.

“We are selling Hino 700 series, Hino 500 series, and Hino 300 series during this roadshow. Those who make the lorry purchase now get to enjoy 10 free services,” he said adding the company is Hino authorized 3S dealer and is the first company in Malaysia to sell the Hino 700 series.

“We started selling the 700 series in February 2014 in Bintulu,” he pointed out, adding that so far, the company has sold more than 100 Hino 700 series.

He also said that 80 per cent of the market for Hino 500 series are in East Malaysia.

Lu & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd started its business in Bintulu in 1984. It expanded to Kuching in 2010, Sibu in 2011, and Miri in 2014.

Lu said the company had exceeded the sales target for six consecutive years for the havy commercial vehicle (700 series, 500 series and 300 series).

The company was also the champion for three consecutive years in the nationwide ‘ Hino Total Support Contest’ since 2015.

“We always send our staff for training. After the training, we send them for such contests to test their skills and knowledge,” he enthused.
