Brilliante Park – An up and coming residential project in Serian
KUCHING: Idaman Prima Sdn Bhd’s ( Idaman) latest project – Brilliante Park – is an up and coming large- scale residential development in Serian.
The development which will be split into two phase and built over 24 acres of prime real estate in Serian will be a great investment opportunity for interested buyers who wish to be part of the booming development in Serian.
Phase one of Brilliante Park will feature 60 units of double-storey terraced or semi-detached units built over nine acres of land.

Prices for units in Brilliance Park’s phase one are around the RM450,000 range and its show house will be open for viewing from Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
