Body of unknown man found in river
BINTULU: The body of an unidentified man was found floating in Sungai Sebiew at RPR Sebiew here yesterday.
District police chief Supt Zulkipli Suhaili said a member of the public spotted the body around 6.50am and proceeded to notify the police.
He said the deceased, clad only in underwear, did not possess any identification document but looked to be in his 20s.
The body was retrieved from the river by Fire and Rescue Department ( Bomba) personnel and sent to Bintulu Hospital for a post-mortem.

Police have classified the case as sudden death pending the result of the post-mortem.
