HSL wins Petronas MRSM contract in Bintulu, order book reaches new record

Hock Seng Lee Bhd ( HSL) on Tuesday announced it had received a Letter of Acceptance for a new MARA Junior Science College campus contract in Bintulu. The project, a proposed constructi­on and completion of Maktab Rendah Sains Mara ( MRSM) on Lot 1229, Block 37, Kemena Land District, Bintulu, Sarawak, has been procured by HSL in an open tender exercise for the contract sum of RM101.19 mil lion, with Petroliam Nasional Bhd ( Petronas) as its employer and KLCC Projeks Sdn Bhd (KLCCP) as the project manager. RAM Ratings places Sarawak Energy’s issue rating on positive outlook

RAM Ratings has revised its ratings on Sarawak Energy Bhd (Sarawak Energy) to positive from stable the outlook on the AA1 rating RM15 billion Sukuk Musyarakah Programme ( 2011/2036). In a statement, it explained that the positive outlook ref lects a strong uptrend in Sarawak Energy’s electricit­y sales, which if maintained, is expected to lead to improvemen­ts in the group’s credit metric indicators.
