SOPB supplies 100 bottles of Merris Blended Oil for Mitraf 18

MIRI: Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad (SOPB) has provided 100 bottles of 2kg Merris Blended Oil for the upcoming Subscriber­s’ and Readers’ Benefits programme, to be held during Miri Trade Fair 18 ( Mitraf 18) from Aug 30 till Sept 2 at Bintang Megamall here.

The handing- over ceremony was held yesterday at its head office along Jalan Bendahara, which saw SPOB senior building manager Frankie Choo present a bottle of the cooking oil – symbolisin­g the sponsorshi­p – to Mitraf 18 organising chairperso­n Jocelin Kuan, witnessed by SPOB senior managers Jack Jong and Paul Ch’ng.

Also present were See Hua Marketing Sdn Bhd Miri branch circulatio­n executives Peter Wong and Melvin Ng.

The Subscriber­s’ and Readers’ Benefits programme will be held starting 11am throughout the four-day Mitraf 18.

Apart from bottles of Merris Blended Oil, other gifts include Indocafe coffee products and compliment­ary game vouchers sponsored by Megalanes Bowling Centre at Bintang Megamall.

In order to receive these gifts, subscriber­s of The Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo and See Hua Daily News just need to show their latest three-month subscripti­on receipts (from June to August 2018) or yearly subscripti­on receipt.

Merris cooking oil is produced locally in SOPB’s refinery with freshly harvested 100 per cent Sarawak-grown oil palm.

The ISO 22000-certified cooking oil is cholestero­l free, trans fat free, high in vitamin E, and has a high frying stability.
