very timely as a platform to express opinions in discussing documents such as the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
“I hope this forum will continue in the future because it is crucial for us to know what is enshrined in the document,” he said.
He said the new Sabah government helmed by the Parti Warisan Sabah ( Warisan) would ensure Sabah’s rights would continue to be safeguarded.
Meanwhile Madius said the forum, held annually for the last five years in conjunction with Malaysia Day, aimed at public understanding of the contents of documents such as MA63.
“Through this forum, we can see how the government is implementing MA63...we need to know that MA63 is a document registered with the United Nations and the contents enshrined within are very valid,” he added. — Bernama
