SIBU: Staff of KTS Group of Companies are urged to adapt to changes and be innovative besides moving in tandem with time in this volatile and fast- changing world.

Group deputy managing director Temenggong Dato Vincent Lau said the ability to adapt and innovate is pivotal to bring the KTS to greater heights.

“In the past, we achieved excellent growth. Looking ahead, we will continue to grow. I firmly believe that with our people continuing to work in unity, we have the strength and resources to face unprecedented challenges and volatility, and to move forward on a path of growth.

“We should not be complacent by staying within our comfort zone and taking things easy.

“Instead, we have to take the initiative; to stay vigilant, adhere to our Group’s established culture and continue to work proactively towards a better future,” he said when gracing a staff dinner here on Saturday.

He also attributed the Group’s stellar performance and success to those who have served it with dedication, loyalty, integrity and sincerity.

Lau recalled since its inception in 1962, KTS has not only grown substantially, but has also overcome many challenges and changes in the business environment.

“Not only have we survived, but we have also managed to grow from strength to strength.”

Among those present during the dinner were Group chairman Lau Swee Nguong, KTS Club president Peter Lau and chairman Benny Lau, as well as KTS Trading Sdn Bhd senior executive Kevin Lau.
