All things feline at Farley Cat Show 2018 this Nov 25
SIBU: Farley Supermarket here is organising the ‘Farley Cat Show 2018’, set to take place at the mall along Jalan Salim here this Nov 25.
T he show is scheduled to run from 4.30pm to 6.30pm that day.
According to Farley Group of Companies manager Eijing Lau, participation is open and those who purchase at least RM10 worth of cat food at the supermarket are eligible to join.
The last of such event was held in 2016.

“One participant can bring two cats to the show, which is not a competition.
“We will, however, pick three of the healthiest-looking and most well-maintained cats among the lot during the event,” he told reporters here recently, adding that every participant would receive a hamper.
On the objective, Lau said the show is meant to instil in cat lovers a greater level of awareness of ways to take care of their feline companions, so that the animals would always look healthy and beautiful.
“The Farley Cat Show 2018 is also a perfect time for all cat lovers in Sibu and those from nearby districts to get together and share their common interest in fun and joyful atmosphere,” he added.
Entry forms can be downloaded directlyfromthe‘FarleySibu’official Facebook page. Alternatively, the forms are also available at the ‘Farley Member Card’ counter just next to Farley Bakery inside the supermarket. Closing date for registration is Nov 19.
“We hope more cat lovers would j oin us this time. In 2016, we showcased 150 cats. For this this edition – the more, the merrier,” said Lau.
