Legend grab big win over VC Utd
KUCHING: Legend are the new leaders of the MAW 199 & Below Trios League after cruising past VC United 18-2 on Monday night.
They now have accumulated 241.10 Peterson points after seven weeks of competition to lead 10 Pin Mafia by 3.20 points.
In third position are Elite who have col lected 237.66 points, followed by Mortal Bowlers and Lucky in fourth and fi fth positions with 233.47 points and 232.88 points respectively.
With the Position Round match just a week away, the top five teams will defi nitely be going all out for the title.
Meanwhile, Nurafidza Amran of Legend looks set to claim the Individual High Game category, with Alvin Andrew of Lucky behind her.
Kelvin Eng of 10 Pin Mafia also looks set to clinch the Individual High Series category whi le Nurafidza grabbed the second position from Edward Juit of Lucky.
Solid and consistent performance from Legend also saw them overtaking the lead for both the Team High Game and Team High Series categories, with Elite and 10 Pin Mafia behind them in both categories.
