Sibu Namo Buddha Buddhist Society chairman Kapitan Liew Kwan Hua (sixth right), Khenpo Dawa Rinpoche (fifth right) from Nepal and others perform the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of the society’s new building at Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce Road in Sibu. The project to construct the two-storey block on a one-acre land costs RM8 million. The society is appealing to the public for donations to enable the project to be carried out successfully.
