Johor Land targets RM50 mln sales during Festival JLand

-

JOHOR BAHRU: Johor Land Bhd (JLand) targets to record property sales worth RM50 million in conjunction with the three-day Festival JLand that begins on Friday.

General manager (Marketing and Sales Documentation Department) Mohd Hizam Abdul Rauf said the target could be achieved based on offers that would be given for its property products located in five areas – Bandar Dato’ Onn, Pasir Gudang, Batu Pahat, Bandar Tiram and Kempas.

Visitors would also stand to receive vouchers valued from RM2,000 to RM10,000 with the purchase of any unit there, he said.

“We have offers throughout the three days for bungalows, semidetached houses and double-storey units. However, the offers are based on location, and house prices can be reduced using the vouchers.

“Buyers can also use the vouchers to buy household items, in addition to getting other prizes,” he told reporters in conjunction with the soft launch of Festival JLand yesterday.

Mohd Hizam said the festival, which was also being held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Johor Corporation (JCorp, JLand’s holding company), would run from 8am to 11.30pm at the Bandar Dato’ Onn exhibition site.

Besides promoting JLand’s property products and residential areas, the festival will see more than 40 members of the JCorp group participating as exhibitors, including KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital, Waqaf AnNur Corporation, Bank Islam and Proton Edar Sdn Bhd.
