IQI Realty Sdn Bhd opens Kuching office
KUCHING: IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, a multinational real estate agency has officially set up its office here, the second in East Malaysia after Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Former deputy minister Datuk Yong Khoon Seng said in his welcoming speech that all businesses should provide a more comprehensive services to their clients with the advancement of the digital technology.
“It is very important to establish trust between tinvestors and real estate agencies,” he said.
Local and foreign investors can utilise the IQI Realty platform to purchase local and foreign properties that suit their investment appetite.
Established in Dubai in 2010, IQI Realty is a real estate agency that has offices across countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada and Australia to name a few.
In Malaysia, IQI Realty SdnBhd has nine offices located nationwide such as in Penang, Melaka, Johor and Ipoh and its Malaysian headquarters is in Kuala Lumpur.
“IQI Realty is a very innovative company, we use technology and our knowledge in digital media to give a lot of values to our buyers,” said its managing director Daniel Ho at the grand opening of the office on Monday.
