Concern for Muslims in general and especially for the Chinese Muslims is the reason that PERKTHIS was set up to care for the ever growing population of the Chinese Muslims in Sarawak.

To further enhance the quality of the Chinese Muslims, a few proposals were discussed during the meeting, amongst which was a central management committee that will cater to the needs of its members, said a press statement issued yesterday.

In order for this noble intention to be realised, PERKTHIS will be erecting its own building in the near future.

A piece of land has already been identified for this purpose and construction is expected to take off upon approval from the relevant authorities.

The building will be able to cater to various activities like classrooms for religious studies, prayer hall, events hall and hostel for religious teachers and outstation members.

Qualified ustaz and ustazahs will be on hand at all times to assist in all matters faced by members and non-members alike.
