Man claims wife ran away with their children, grandson after a tiff

SIBU: A man lodged a police report claiming that his wife had run away from their house at Tung Lai Village here yesterday, taking with her their three children and a grandson.

It is believed that prior to that, the couple – both in their 40s – were involved in a quarrel.

The man said he had called her numerous times, but failed. He believed that his wife might have switched off her mobile phone right after she left.

The man appealed for police help to find her, as he was worried for her safety and also that of the children.
