New Chef’s Delicious Restaurant offers two CNY packages
KUCHING: New Chef’s Delicious Restaurant will be offering two packages for 2019 Chinese New Year (CNY) eve’s lunch and dinner on Feb 4 to usher in the Year of the Boar.
The first package priced at RM1,088 per table will serve prosperity ‘ Yu Sheng’, abalone hot combination, lucky chicken, pork leg stew with yellow wine, seven star- spot fish steamed in Cantonese style, BBQ rice and sweet orange.
The second package priced at RM688 will comprise prosperity ‘ Yu Sheng’, mushroom scallop stew native chicken soup, Tsui cabbage with stewed pork, garoupa fish with longan and pineapple, fortune roasted meat stew fish maw, silver silk moon style fresh prawn, BBQ rice and sweet orange.
Booking for these two packages are available for lunch ( from 11.18am to 2pm, dinner ( 7.18pm onwards) and takeaway on Feb 4.
Both packages will come with unlimited supply of Chinese tea, warm water and soft drinks for customers dining in the restaurant.
A total of 84 open hall tables and 16 VIP rooms are available for reservation. Diners will get mysterious gifts and enjoy a special programme during CNY eve dinner.
For VIP rooms, karaoke service will come with RM1,088 package.
New Chef’s Delicious Restaurant CNY ala carte takeaway menu for 10 persons offer abalone slice ‘ Yu Sheng’ ( priced at RM68), 10 abalone ‘ Yu Sheng’ ( RM288), roasted suckling piglet ( RM318), luxury abalone shark fin ‘ Poon Choy’ ( RM1,288), prosperity abalone ‘ Poon Choy’ ( RM488), crab meat shark fin soup ( RM168), assorted sea cucumber thick soup ( RM80), braised sea cucumber ( RM158), sweet and sour garoupa ( RM128), Fa Cai braised pork leg ( RM98), ‘mui cai’ pork with bun ( RM58), salted egg meat floss prawn ( RM98), butter prawns ( RM98), roasted duck ( RM68), braised duck ( RM68), Pacific clam mix vegetables (RM58), crispy roasted chicken ( RM48), abalone rice with Chinese sausage ( RM68) and seafood imperial noodles (RM58).
The last day to order CNY eve takeaway is Jan 31.
All takeaway dishes will be packed properly. Customers are reminded not to bring containers from home.
The restaurant will be closed on Feb 5 and 6 for CNY holiday. Business will resume on Feb 7 from 7.18pm onwards with another special CNY package.
Priced at RM588, the package will be only available on the third day of CNY ( Feb 7) with prosperity ‘yu sheng’, crab meat seafood thick soup, ‘fa cai’ braised pork leg with sea cucumber, seabass fish with Ipoh special sauce, kampung chicken with salt, egg floss prawn, special cabbage vege mushroom, sweet dessert and unlimited supply of Chinese tea, warm water and soft drink.
All packages specially prepared for this auspicious occasion (for both Feb 4 and 7) are meant for ten persons and advance bookings have to be made by Jan 31 with full payment upon booking.
