Man arrested after allegedly stealing table frame, trash bin
KUCHING: A man was arrested by a police team in front of the Saujana Building at Jalan Power here on Sunday, after he allegedly stole a steel table frame and trash bin.
A source said the 43-year- old man was arrested at around 10.15pm, following the information received by the police.
“The man is said to be moving the table frame on a roller trash bin. Upon inspection by police, the table frame and other items were later confiscated,” added the source.
The suspect was later taken to the Central police station.
The case is being investigated under Section 379 of the Penal Code for stealing.
