Fast-track career via Carlsberg Malaysia’s management trainee programme

SHAH ALAM: Carlsberg Malaysia is offering young graduates the chance to be part of its Management Trainee Programme (MTP).

A press release yesterday stated that the 2019 intake for the programme is now open for applications until May 30.

“Carlsberg is offering shortlisted candidates an exciting learning journey with exposure across the company’s sales, supply chain and marketing departments.

“The Management Trainee Programme aims to develop future leaders through a fast-track 24month programme,” Carlsberg Malaysia human resources director Felicia Teh was quoted as saying.

According to Teh, the programme is designed to provide exposure for motivated and talented individuals across sales, marketing and supply chain as well as regional markets as they embark on a hands- on learning adventure with exciting challenges ahead.

“MTP develops young talents both professionally and personally, preparing them to take on future leadership roles within the Carlsberg Malaysia Group.

“Senior leaders and managers invest a substantial amount of time in mentoring and coaching our management trainees, so come learn the art of brewing and play a key role in bringing the best experience to our consumers,” she added.
