Lee advises alumni to visit, contribute to alma mater

MIRI: Former students should visit and contribute to their alma mater to give back to the school and teachers who helped shaped them during their formative years.

“The success of a school lies on the shoulders of the board of directors’, principal and teachers who selflessly contribute money, time and energy for the education and future of the younger generation.

Road Secondary School annual concert on Friday evening (Aug 23).

“RRSS is one of the schools in Miri that works extensivel­y in ensuring their students receives the best education, particular­ly languages learning, because they understand that the language of communicat­ion could take them far in life,” he said.

The two-night annual concert called ‘Extravagan­za’ featured various stage performanc­es including singing and dances of different genres by students.

RRSS co-founder Datuk Seri Law Kiu Kiong, RRSS CEO Dato’ Fong Onn Min and assistant CEO Chan Siew Ngo were among those who attended the concert.
