Caf Rosita dishes out ‘Fabulous Buffet Dinner’
Organising chairwoman Liu Moi Kiaw said the photography competition will be held at Darul Hana Bridge, Kuching Waterfront with participants sashaying along the bridge at 7.30am on the day of the event.
“We are targeting 100 tables for the charity dinner with tickets priced at RM60 each for VIP table and RM80 each for VVIP table. The dinner menu is halal Thai cuisine,” added Liu.

The pageant is open to all Sarawakians ladies aged 18 and above with registration fee of
RM150 each inclusive of one VIP dinner ticket, professional photo shoot, hair styling and participation photograph. The closing date for registration is Jan 10.
All participants must comply with the organiser’s rules, regulations, instructions and arrangements.
Participants are required to get their own traditional costume which will be worn during the photography competition and charity dinner. The photo shoot on Jan 11 and 12, will be held from 9am to 5pm in Maison Monica at Jalan Tun Jugah here.
“Judging criteria is 60 marks for traditional costume, posture (20) and expression (20). The judges decision will be final.”
She added the competition is divided into five categoriesMalay, Chinese, Indian, Dayak and Orang Ulu. Top three winners in each category will get cash prizes of RM600, RM500 and RM400 respectively.
The organiser reserve the rights to all participants’ photography copyrights and has the right to publish and exhibit any photo for promotion and publicity purposes without prior notice to the participants, she added.

MIRI: In welcoming the new year 2020, Caf Rosita at Dynasty Hotel here is dishing out its new mouth-watering ‘ Fabulous Buffet Dinner’ every Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 10pm.
According to a spokesperson from the hotel, the buffet with a wide selection of international and local cuisine is available until further notice. At the grilled main course counter, diners get to pick from marinated lamb, beef, chicken, squids or sausages to be grilled by the chef.
The buffet is priced at an affordable RM55 ne for adults and RM36 ne for children aged 5-12 years old.
Senior citizens (from 60 years) and persons with disabilities (OKUs) enjoy a special price of RM36 ne per person.
