Meradong cops to hold Clients Day every second Thursday of the month

BINTANGOR: Meradong District Police Headquarters will hold Clients Day on every second Thursday of the month.

District police chief DSP Sekam Anoi said in conjunction with the first such programme for this year, they would offer 30 per cent discount for outstanding traffic summonses this Thursday.

The objectives of the programme themed ‘ Polis Dan Masyarakat Berpisah Tiada’ are to provide a platform for interaction between the police and the public as well as to relay information for mutual benefits, especially in combating crimes.

He called on the local public to take advantage of the services extended to them during the Clients Day to be held from 9am to 11am.
