Pustaka Miri now using e-booking system for rental of facilities

to set up factories, hotels and infrastructures that will spur growth in various segments and the tourism industry in particular.

MIRI: Pustaka Miri is now using the e-booking system for rental of facilities at the library.

The library’s spokesperson said from January 1 this year, Pustaka Miri has discontinued the use of manual booking for its facilities such as auditorium, audio visual room, meeting room and multipurpose room.

“The e-booking system is in line with the state government’s call to go digital.

“It is also to provide convenience to both the public and staff while maintaining quality services.”

In order to be able to make online booking via e-booking system, one has to create an online Sarawak ID account.

However, the public could also sign in to the system as guest by providing necessary details.

Payment can be made either by cash or e-wallet once confirmation has been received by the library staff.
