Tenaga Stabil to showcase P’Residence at Emart Batu Kawa, Vivacity

KUCHING: With the Chinese New Year just around the corner, Tenaga Stabil Sdn Bhd is inviting members of the public to visit their two booths showcasing the P’Residence units.

According to its general manager Gorden Law, the booths would open from Jan 16 to 22 at Emart Batu Kawah, and from Jan 17 to 19 at Vivacity Megamall.

Among the highlights is the introduction of Dual-Key mockup unit for public viewing.

Dual-Key units are perfect for big families to live together with their own private space.

It is also convenient when tenants are looking to rent out a studio size section.

Available only at Block 7 and 8 (Type B and Type C units), each studio section of the units comes with its own dedicated front entrance, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

“A special package will be offered to those who visit our booths.

“Those who purchase our units will also be entitled to a lucky draw with the grand prize of a BMW 3 Series up for grabs,” he said when met at Tenaga Stabil showroom here on Tuesday.

Law added that those who visit the booths would be entitled to a limited edition calendar each.

Purchasers of units at Block 7 and 8 will enjoy exclusive features including extended balcony, storage room, swimming pool and garden.

The kitchen will be partially furnished and a set of built-in wardrobe is also provided in the master bedroom, bedroom 1 and 2.

“Curtain and air conditioners in the living room, master bedroom, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 will also be provided. Water heater will be provided in the master bathroom

Upon completion, P’Residence Block 7 and 8 will have a total of 168 units ranging from 1,169 square feet for intermediate and up to 2,533 square feet for penthouse with the minimum of three bedrooms which is ideal for small and medium-sized family.

The P’Residence consists of 10 blocks, with Block 1 to 6 already occupied. The remaining four blocks (Block 7 to 10) are still under construction.

Earlier this month, Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg officiated at grand launch of Block Pandalela at P’Residence.
