Shin Teck Eng Khon Temple brings cheer to poor families

KUCHING: Members of Shin Teck Eng Khon Temple presented Chinese New Year goodies to eight less fortunate families recently together with Hope Place.

In total the four members handed out aid worth over RM4,000.

The aid included mandarin oranges, cookies and snacks, and soft drinks.

They also presented the families with new bedsheets and angpows.

Each of family in need received goodies worth about RM600.

Temple representative Aaron Chong handed over the contributions to Hope Place founder Kelvin Wan.
